These terms govern use of parkerteambuilding.com (the “Site”), operated by Advanced Learning Academy LLC. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Informational site; proposals control

Package descriptions and guide prices on the Site are informational. Binding terms for any engagement are only those in a signed statement of work, proposal acceptance, or other written agreement. Deposits may be required before custom content production.

Intellectual property

Site content, logos, kit designs, show formats, and related materials are owned by ALA or licensors. Purchase of a kit or event grants only the license stated in the order or SOW (typically one event or a defined season). No resale or public rebroadcast rights unless expressly granted.

Credentials & trademarks

References to Guinness World Records, historical television work, and third-party brand names are biographical or descriptive. Official third-party marks are property of their owners. Custom events using a client’s marks require client authorization.

No employment decision use

Parker Team Building products are for engagement, entertainment, and team competition. They are not employment tests and must not be used as the sole or primary basis for hiring, promotion, or discipline.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALA disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding Site content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Service liability is governed by the applicable SOW.
